New Client Visit (60 minutes)

A 60 minute new client visit includes an in depth discussion of your health concerns, and goals, You will work with Dr. Sanika to develop a sustainable and individualized treatment plan.

Return/ Follow-up Visits (30 minutes)

A follow up visit to check-in, track progress, and modify recommendations. Dr. Sanika will adjust and customize your treatment plans at every follow up visit, depending on patient response and results.

Individualized Treatment Plans

Treatment plans are tailored to each individual. Dr. Sanika’s treatment plans include a synergy of lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement recommendations. Prescriptions are used on an as-needed basis.

Secure Patient Portal

You will have access to an online portal (PracticeBetter), which allows you to schedule visits, view upcoming visits, track payment, etc. This portal is also how you will communicate with Dr. Sanika.

Video Consultations

My visits are 100% virtual, allowing you to receive high-quality medical care from the comfort of your own home. All visits are conducted through a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

Direct Primary Care

Soma Naturopathic is currently using a Direct Primary Care Model-This includes unlimited office visits and telemedicine appointments with with Dr. Sanika for a monthly fee.

  • Patients pay a flat monthly or annual fee instead of using insurance for their primary care services.

  • This membership fee covers office visits, messaging, labwork, and routine primary care needs.

    NOTE: No medical advice will be given during discovery calls.

Patients pay a flat monthly fee to their PCP, in exchange for comprehensive primary care services throughout the year. Naturopathic DPC blends the personalized, whole-person approach of naturopathic medicine with the accessibility and transparency of direct primary care.

  • Cost transparency - Removes the surprise costs that usually arise from insurance billing statements. Patients will know exactly what they are paying for each month.

  • Prompt access to care- Avoid the month long waits and be able to schedule with same or next-day appointments.
