No, Soma Naturopathic does not bill insurance directly. However, many patients are able to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for visits.

We can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details on out-of-network naturopathic coverage.

2. Initial Visit (60 minutes)

A comprehensive appointment to review your health history, discuss your goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan.

3. Follow-Up Visits (30 minutes)

Regular check-ins to monitor progress, adjust treatments, and address new concerns.

Yes! In Washington State, naturopathic doctors (NDs) are licensed as primary care providers. This means Dr. Sanika can:

  • • Diagnose and treat health conditions
  • • Order and interpret laboratory tests
  • • Prescribe medications (including controlled substances)
  • • Provide preventive care and wellness exams
  • • Refer to specialists when needed
