  • This FREE 15 minute discovery call will ensure Dr. Sanika is the right fit for you & your health goals. During this call, you will have the opportunity to briefly share your main health concerns, goals & ask questions about Dr. Sanika’s clinical approach. 

    NOTE: No medical advice will be given during discovery calls. 

  • A 60 minute initial intake to discuss all health concerns, goals, and develop an individualized treatment plan.

  • A follow up visit to check-in, track progress, and modify recommendations. 

  • After your initial 60 minute visit, choose this option to pay a monthly fee of $150 for three visits with Dr. Sanika. See below for more details.

  • Pelvic floor therapy sessions- An initial intake will be conducted with subsequent weekly-biweekly sessions.

What is direct primary care?

Direct primary care (DPC) is a growing approach to healthcare that provides accessible, affordable, and patient-centered care without the stressors of insurance involvement. Patients pay a flat monthly fee to their PCP, in exchange for comprehensive primary care services throughout the year. Naturopathic DPC blends the personalized, whole-person approach of naturopathic medicine with the accessibility and transparency of direct primary care.

  • Cost transparency - Removes the surprise costs that usually arise from insurance billing statements. Patients will know exactly what they are paying for each month.

  • Prompt access to care- Avoid the month long waits and be able to schedule with same or next-day appointments.

  • Personalized care - Patients get the opportunity for longer and/or more frequent appointment visits.

Direct Primary Care

Soma Naturopathic is currently using a Direct Primary Care Model-This includes three appointments with with Dr. Sanika for a monthly fee.

  • Patients pay a flat monthly or annual fee instead of using insurance for their primary care services.

  • This membership fee covers 3 office visits including messaging, and routine primary care needs.

  • This membership fee does NOT cover lab testing, supplements, or pelvic floor sessions.
